Position Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Associate to develop and execute compelling content and social media campaigns targeting next-generation venture capitalists, including general partners and limited partners worldwide. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker with a proven ability to produce engaging content about startup investing or venture capital.

Key Responsibilities: ? Content Creation: Produce engaging and informative content for social media platforms, blogs, and campaigns. ? Social Media Management: Build and maintain a strong social media presence to grow and engage a large audience. ? Video and Podcast Support: Assist in the creation and production of video and podcast materials. ? Publication Management: Oversee the timely publication of content across all social channels. ? Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors supporting content creation. ? Event Support: Assist in producing virtual events for general partners and limited partners.

Qualifications: ? Experience: 2+ years of content creation experience, particularly on business-focused social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter). ? Social Presence: Proven track record of developing a social following in startups or investing. ? Content Success: Demonstrated ability to produce and distribute engaging social media content. ? Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management, video, and podcasting tools. ? Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. ? Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence with strong intuition. ? Detail-Oriented: Analytical mindset with attention to detail. ? Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
