The Role ? Trainee Recruitment Consultant
? Researching and cold-calling prospective clients
? Attending client meetings and understanding hiring briefs
? Sourcing excellent candidates throughout headhunting on LinkedIn and using the company database of passive candidates
? Manging the whole interview process ? preparing candidates for interviews, booking in meetings, negotiating the best package, closing the deal
? Building an online presence and posting relevant content
? Working towards individual and team targets

? Degree educated OR a background in sales
? Genuine drive to build a successful career for yourself in recruitment
? Money motivated with financial goals you?ve sent yourself
? Confidence speaking with a range of individuals both on and off the phone
