Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from Toyota customers, assisting them with product inquiries, service issues, and warranty information.

Provide timely and accurate information about Toyota products, services, and promotions.

Resolve customer complaints or issues with a professional and empathetic approach.

Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company?s CRM system.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

Meet and exceed established call center metrics, including customer satisfaction and response times.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically.

Comfort with technology, including using customer service software and online tools.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

A quiet, distraction-free home office setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working remotely in a customer service or call center environment.

Knowledge of Toyota products and services is a plus but not required.
