You will play a critical role in delivering world-class benefits to our partners. As a total pay operations analyst lead, you will lead designing technical solutions, requirements building, providing testing leadership for the benefits team, and solving technical problems associated with our benefits programs. In addition to your strong technical knowledge, bring your curiosity, and problem-solving ingenuity to a role that will allow you to design how we build the technical solutions that provide care and support directly to partners.
As a total pay operations analyst lead, you will?
? Provide technical knowledge and leadership to design system solutions
? Lead alignment between vendors, team members, and extended stakeholders with clear and well-documented requirements
? Determine overall test strategy and provide testing leadership for new and ongoing changes
? We?d love to hear from people with?
? Strong technical knowledge of Compensation & Benefits functions and laws and regulations impacting these areas
? Knowledge of system development life-cycle
? At least 5 years of experience in business requirements documentation
? Strong experience with SAP, Success Factors and external benefit vendor technical solutions such as benefits administration, insurance, and other health & welfare benefits
? Strong experience with a complex benefits environment with varying benefits eligibility rules by population

If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. ?t Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
