This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with Cier Jewelry?s brand identity and marketing goals. ? Create, edit, and publish engaging videos that highlight our jewelry collections, craftsmanship, and brand story. ? Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant. ? Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate TikTok content with broader marketing campaigns. ? Engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments, participating in trends, and interacting with influencers and followers. ? Analyze and report on the performance of TikTok content, using insights to optimize future videos and strategies. ? Experiment with new content formats and ideas to continually innovate and attract new followers. Qualifications: ? Proven experience creating content for TikTok, either personally or professionally. ? Strong understanding of TikTok?s algorithm, features, and trends. ? Exceptional video editing skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. ? Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ?
