**Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

2. Proven experience in customer service or sales, particularly in a remote setting.

5. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and maintain professionalism.

6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Educational Qualifications:**
