Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Telemedicine Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at CVS Health. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive salary based on experience. Job Description

As a Telemedicine RN at CVS Health, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality virtual nursing care to patients. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients via telehealth platforms. This position requires excellent communication skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities:**

– Conduct virtual consultations with patients to assess their health status and provide appropriate care.

– Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.

– Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive practices.

– Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.

– Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.

– Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.

– Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

**Requirements:**

– Current and unrestricted RN license.

– Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a telemedicine or remote care setting.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

– Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

– Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private workspace.

Educational Qualifications

– Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience will be considered.

– Certification in Telehealth Nursing is a plus.

Experience

– At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

– Experience in telemedicine or remote patient care is highly desirable.
