Technology Project Manager ? Work From Home

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Technology Project Manager to join a growing IT team. This position is 100% Remote.

Technology Project Manager Responsibilities:

? Interact with all IT functional areas (e.g. systems architecture, design, Helpdesk/Desktop support, application development, and support).

? Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

? Identify and allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right skill sets are available for project tasks.

? Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

? Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, team members, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

? Implement and enforce best practices and quality standards to ensure the quality of project deliverables.

? Lead project teams in executing tasks, managing project progress, and ensuring adherence to project schedules.

? Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, escalating as needed to ensure project continuity.

? Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

Technology Project Manager Qualifications:

? Bachelor?s Degree from a 4-year university in computer science, information science or related technical field.

? 1-5 years of experience in project management.

? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to interact with management, vendors and external parties and should be able to effectively communicate complex issues in a clear and concise manner.

? Strong technical background with a deep understanding of IT systems and technologies.

? Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

? Proficient in project management software tools and methodologies.

? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

? Highly organized, self-motivated, able to multi-task, able to work independently as well as a team player.

? Support other key initiatives as the business dictates.

? Experience with SQL a plus.

? Experience in using Agile related tools, such as JIRA is a plus.
