? Ability to manage inquiries from maintenance and operational divisions

Responsibilities
? Author, revise, and manage technical manuals and maintenance program task cards for United aircraft.
? Collaborate with Aircraft Maintenance, Engineering, and other Tech Ops groups for documentation updates.
? Conduct peer reviews and routine audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
? Provide administrative support and access to internal/external customers.

Qualifications

What?s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
? Associate?s degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
? Experience in Technical Writing, Communications, Aviation Management, or Engineering
? 0-2 years of related experience
? Knowledge of aviation, military, or equivalent industry experience
? Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
? Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
? Bachelor?s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
? 3-5 years of related experience
? Airframe and Powerplant License
? Familiarity with S1000D, Spec2000, Boeing Toolbox, FoxPro, MS SQL Server, Adobe Acrobat

Education Requirements
? Associate?s degree in a related field (Technical Writing, Aviation Management, etc.)

Education Requirements Credential Category
? Associate?s degree or equivalent experience

Experience Requirements
? 0-2 years of relevant experience in aviation or related fields
? Experience in XML authoring or equivalent knowledge
