Technical Project Manager | Full-time, Fully remote

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role) ??Work with Marketing Integrator to ensure marketing projects are completed well and on time ??Assess and identify which tech assets and project answers are needed for project completion ??Distill complex marketing projects into simple, structured tasks for team ??Lead, manage, and assign tasks/projects to entire marketing team in order to achieve marketing goals ??Hold team accountable for project deadlines ??Ability to step in and implement tech portion of projects when/if needed ??Identify potential roadblocks to project completion and facilitate solutions to eliminate them ??Manage overseas tech team ??Facilitate communication between team members in various departments to access the assets needed for project completion ??Audit technology suite on an ongoing basis ??Stay up to date with cutting-edge marketing technologies ??Identify and vet new technologies ??Personally assist with implementing tech if/as needed ??Proofread marketing copy and other materials with excellence before they go live ??Be the last set of eyeballs on various marketing pieces and check that everything is correct, clear, and working properly Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role) This position is for a person who is: ??Highly technical ??Hyper-organized ??A stickler for details ??Comfortable leading a team ??Flexible ??Good at making complex things simple ??Proactive and takes initiative ??Calm and focused under pressure ??Solution-oriented ??A ??an-do??person ??Thinks and moves fast ??Ready to tackle projects and problems ??A people person ??Follows through ??Meshes with a mostly female team Additional requirements: ??Available to work night time hours when needed in order to manage and collaborate with overseas technical team. ??Access to a computer ??Reliable internet connection ??Reliable and distraction-free work environment ??In U.S. time zones This position is NOT for someone who: ??Has a clock in, clock out attitude ??Is disorganized ??Hates details ??Doesn?? follow through ??Communicates harshly ??Points fingers ??Focuses on problems ??Can?? handle pressure ??Loves drama or has a drama-filled life ??Prefers a slow-paced work environment ??Can?? get into action quickly and with minimal direction Software Utilized by Company InflusionSoft (Keap), Clickfunnels, WordPress, Tailwind, Airtable, Metricool, Thinkific, Asana, Slack, Voxer, OnceHub/ScheduleOnce, Google Workspace, Zoom Webinars, Plus This, Twilio, ReBrandly, NiftyImages, Zapier, Vimeo, Wistia, MS Clarity, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager First tasks/projects: 1) Set up deadlines / timelines / projects / tasks for the upcoming free challenge 2) QA all funnels for challenge to ensure working 3) PUT SOPs in place for tech team Offer Details This is a full-time, remote, employee position. Pay is between $60,000-80,000/year (based on experience).
