Position Summary

This Technical Coordinator position is responsible for overseeing the initiation, monitoring, and upkeep of equipment and system access requests for new associates in the Retail Customer Call Center. This individual will support new employees in achieving a successful onboarding experience by effectively managing resources, addressing logistical needs, and facilitating communication,

The Onboarding/Offboarding Coordinator oversees the technical side of the onboarding/offboarding program and is responsible for managing and streamlining both processes efficiently. This individual will assist as a point of contact for the program and be accountable for review, enhancement and maintenance.

This role requires adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving work environment, where priorities and demands may change frequently. Ability to think critically and communicate effectively to resolve issues and seek clarification from colleagues and supervisors as needed.

Essential Qualifications and Functions:
? Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
? 2+ years of experience in customer service
? 3+ years of experience in an IT role (e.g., Operations, Production Support, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support)
? Diligence and organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Exhibit a strong ability for technical tasks

Preferred Qualifications: ? Prior call center or customer service experience ? Strong technical skills ? Previous experience in process development ? Attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment ? Strong communication skills with new hires, leaders, and teammates: pro-active communication around expectations and delays

Education

High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
