Job Details

Core Responsibilities
? Implement , manage, and troubleshoot core systems and networking issues
? Assist in the development and maintenance of Disaster Recovery Planning, implementation, and testing
? Manage capacity and performance of the backup infrastructure ensuring the integrity of the infrastructure on a day-to-day basis.
? Monitor backup server environment, acknowledge incidents/problems, and resolving according to organization processes and procedures.
? Provide general core infrastructure support and assistance.
? Assist in the resolution of escalated support desk tickets
? Creation and maintenance of SOP and Systems Documentation
? Ensure operational compliance within departmental standards and general industry best practice.
? Sharing progress reports with leadership teams and other departments to communicate changes and implementation of new technologies.
? Lead and manage the communication with IT vendors and third-party companies.
? Analyzing network data and infrastructure to determine inefficiencies and problems.
? Managing project timelines, budgets, and documentation according to the PMBOK
? Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance and security.
? Implementation, integration, configuration, development, and support of all stages of the SD-WAN process
? Implementing, maintaining, supporting, developing and, designing communication networks based on Cisco Meraki technologies and equipment
? As prescribed in Kingspan IT Manual, maintain, and improve data availability, security, and integrity of the IT systems
? Other duties as assigned.

Experience / Skills
? Working knowledge of network infrastructure standards & best practices
? Cloud technology experience with an emphasis in MS Azure,
? Office365 Administration
? Systems Administration, Troubleshooting and Management
? Skilled in Windows Server 2016, 2019 Implementation, Troubleshooting & Management
? VMware & Virtualization technologies
? Microsoft Active Directory in a multi domain environment
? Security Best Practices
? Meraki networking skills as essential, HP Aruba skills are desirable
? Project Management skills
? Documentation of IT processes, procedures, systems, and incidents as appropriate
? Minimum 10 years of work experience in a similar role in corporate environment
? Manufacturing environment experience
? Relevant industry certification CCNA, CCAP, MCSE, Azure Administrator, Azure Network Engineer are a plus.
