Supporting the Siren Retail business unit directly, the System Analyst Lead will design and build solutions that directly impact how the business orchestrates its marketing programs and strategies, build brand awareness, drive event attendance, and build new business partnerships to extend reach and generate new sources of revenue. You will thrive in this role if you are passionate about problem-solving, exploring new ways to leverage existing technology platforms, finding solutions never done before, and building them from start to finish. You will also interact and build out quality data to reimagine analytics that enrich the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. You will see the direct impact of your work through the user experience, especially through our customers. This position is in the Technology unit and works closely with a diverse client group including Marketing, Brand, Product and Retail Operations.
As a Senior System Analyst with Siren Retail, you will?
? Design, build, configure, and implement solutions, focusing on digital marketing and sales platforms, analytics tools, marketing automations, content management systems and other relevant technologies.
? Stay current with industry trends and emerging Martech platforms in digital customer experience and recommend solutions to drive new revenue growth, automation, and data-driven outcomes.
? Evaluate vendors and third-party solutions, assessing their capabilities, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business requirements.
? Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
? Lead cross-functional teams in analyzing existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and better ways to leverage and integrate with existing Enterprise architecture.
? Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop technical specifications for system enhancements.
? Clearly translate and communicate technical solutions and strategies to business executives.
? Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
? Provide technical support and training to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize systems and tools.

? Preferred experience in Hospitality, International tourism, event marketing, F&B, and restaurant industry.
? Proven experience (7+ years) in system analysis, design, and implementation in the digital marketing domain.
? Proficiency in industry-standard applications and platforms specific to digital marketing and analytical technologies, B2C sales platforms, marketing automation, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), Tableau, and ad-serving platforms.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
? Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA,).
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field.

If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
