Job description: Job Summary

The Cargo Lead Agent assists and implements good services within the unit concerned.

Job Responsibilities
? Assists on the daily supervision/control staff assignments, and other special assignments Control of staff assigned duties and equipment.
? Personal presence during the daily operation at the unit concerned Maintain applicable safety and quality standards.
? Comply with company's and customer policies, procedures and requirements Be aware of the local emergency plan.
? Maintain good relations with customers and airport authorities.
? Report any irregularity and take appropriate action.
? Attend to internal operations, safety, and training meetings.
? Competence in directing operational assignments instructed by Supervisor on the job initial and recurrent training.

? Minimum 1 year of experience.
? Leadership skills.
? Ability to deal with conflicts.
