    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide Tier 2 technical support and solutions to customers via phone calls, emails, and live chat
  • Educate customers on website tools and resources to enhance their experience
  • Document all customer interactions and support issues in the ticketing system
  • Demonstrate empathy and responsible judgment to ensure optimal customer outcomes
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum 2 years of proven customer service experience, ideally in the telecom, high-tech, or consumer electronics industries
  • Experience with video conferencing tools such as Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience supporting B2C customers within a high-contact support center
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with cellphones, apps, and Bluetooth technology
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of some college and relevant experience
  • Proven ability in conflict resolution and relationship management
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers
  • Desire to learn and adapt within a fast-paced environment
