Requirements


– High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor? degree is preferred.


– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.


– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.


– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities


– Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.


– Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.


– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


– Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive support to customers.


– Assist in the development and implementation of support policies and procedures.


– Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge.

Educational Qualifications
