Position Overview
Join us in shaping the future of education! You will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting prospective students through their journey from enrollment to graduation. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with students, understand their career aspirations, and provide tailored guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Primary Responsibilities
Advise and mentor students on career paths and program selection, ensuring alignment with their aspirations.
Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, offering personalized support.
Facilitate the onboarding of enrolled students, providing financial guidance from enrollment to graduation.
Cultivate strong relationships with students, offering continuous support and ensuring alignment of career goals with degree outcomes.
Familiarize students with admissions requirements, academic policies, and available resources.
Service a cohort of students while meeting predetermined metrics.
Encourage student progression and engagement with advanced degree opportunities.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, standards.
Maintain proficiency in school-specific programs and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in counseling/advising, customer service, or sales.
Proficiency in technology tools such as Cvue, Salesforce, CampusLogic, Brightspace, and Microsoft Office/Google Apps.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand and navigate online education platforms.
Strong work ethic, adaptability, and attention to detail.
