The gTech Go-To-Market (GTM) organization ensures our complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations. Our team members are strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

gTech Ads is responsible for support, media and technical services for customers across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and media solutions for customers marketing needs and providing measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide.

In this role, you will lead business analytics efforts supporting gTech Ads executive leadership decision making. You will be responsible for simplifying business operations through deep operational insights, scalable dashboarding solutions using existing infra. Additionally, you will use data analytics to inform gTech Ads strategies around operational/service design, service improvements, and goal setting. You will work independently on complex strategic projects and influence executives and cross-functional leaders using data and insights for improved customer experience and business outcomes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
? Partner closely with the gTech Ads organization to understand business needs around running day to day operations. Convert these needs into customer data/insights solutions that helps leaders make informed decisions.
? Partner closely with tech partners like gAPT to inform tech infra improvements and collaborate on key strategic/analytics projects.
? Support business performance in-depth searches. Clearly identify drivers for growth and efficiency, to help inform relative prioritization of specific execution levers.
? Conduct repeatable and ad-hoc analyses to measure and interpret business trends.
? Set goals for different operating teams, manage the data analytics and reporting of the overall business operations performance
