What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Lead and define product implementation for the Guest Messaging Platform to enhance guest engagement
• Develop and manage a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, setting key business objectives (OKRs)
• Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, data scientists, and business partners to deliver effective products
• Act as the 'voice of the product' to ensure stakeholder needs are met and support is provided to the product team
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to prioritize product direction and improve digital conversion

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 years of product management experience or equivalent domain experience in guest messaging
• Proven success in developing and implementing strategies that drive guest engagement and growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience working in an agile environment, including user stories and scrum teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Familiarity with technology that facilitates communication between business and technology teams
• Experience in leading cross-functional work with various partners
• Excellent communication skills
