We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Azure Security Specialist with extensive experience in security operations and Microsoft security products, such as Azure Sentinel and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE). This role is pivotal in developing comprehensive documentation and strategic guidelines to facilitate customer transitions to cloud environments and optimize their security posture using Microsoft's security solutions. Key Responsibilities: Documentation Development: Craft detailed, clear, and accessible documentation for cloud solution architects and customers. These documents will guide the implementation of Azure security practices and the integration of Microsoft security products like Azure Sentinel and MDE. Security Strategy Formulation: Develop strategic approaches for deploying Microsoft Azure security technologies. Create scalable security architectures that can be adopted by customers of varying sizes and industries. Educational Materials Creation: Produce training materials and guidelines that help users understand and effectively implement Microsoft Azure security tools and practices. Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to understand their security needs and challenges and translate these into actionable and understandable documentation and deployment guides. Feedback Loop Management: Gather feedback from end-users and cloud solution architects to continuously improve the documentation and strategies. Ensure all materials are up to date with the latest Microsoft Azure features and security best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure that all documentation aligns with product capabilities and customer requirements. Industry Compliance and Standards: Ensure all documentation and recommended practices comply with relevant industry standards and regulations for cybersecurity. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Technical Writing, or a related field. Professional certifications in Microsoft Azure (AZ 305 Solution Architect), such as Azure Security Engineer Associate, preferred. Extensive experience (minimum of 7 years) in Azure, SOC, with a deep focus on cloud security and operations within Microsoft Azure environments. Proven track record of creating high-quality, technical documentation and strategic guides for complex IT security solutions. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure security tools and services, including Azure Sentinel, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and other related products. Strong understanding of cloud architecture and security frameworks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable way to non-technical stakeholders. Desired Skills: Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in creating customer-centric documentation. Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
