As a Sr Manager FP&A, National Brand Financeyou will investigate the potential impacts of strategic business initiatives and transactions on supplier financials. You?ll interpret financial and operational supplier performance in order to identify business risks and opportunities. You?ll do this by creating financial tools to streamline decision making, partnering with internal and external clients to develop long range goals, annual budgets and monthly forecasts. This role includes coordinating cross-functional reviews to evaluate, influence and drive improved financial outcomes for Target. You?ll develop process improvements using strategic problem solving skills. Finally, you will be accountable for building, coaching, and mentoring a strong team of analysts while also building a strong culture of progress, transparency and efficiency across FP&A. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs. About you: Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience? preferably in Finance or Business-related area. MBA a plus but not required. 6+ years of finance and business experience Outstanding communication and relationship building with a team focus. Self-starter with ability to navigate complex white-space problems and comfort with ambiguity Curious and credible thought leader Strong analytic aptitude and critical thinking skills Strong project management and organizational ability This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target?s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member?s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
