Sr Director, Wealth Sales Enablement Strategist

Wealth Enablement Strategist The Sr. Director, Wealth Sales Enablement Strategist is responsible for providing strategic advice for the Wealth Sales Enablement business area. The role is accountable for successful delivery of projects and ensuring benefits resolution. Projects may be standalone or part of a wider program of activities/ initiatives. The role executes strategic consulting by analyzing metrics and presentations to support business strategies, driving wealth distribution policies and practices, and being the central point of contact for leaders in the execution of wealth sales enablement tasks. Key Responsibilities and Duties Influencing Wealth Sales Enablement project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments, and changes. Driving the delivery for Wealth Sales Enablement initiatives proactively, balancing planning, scope, schedule, budget, communications, and risks. Establishing effective controls, procedures, and quality assurance... processes for Wealth Sales Enablement and Wealth Distribution initiatives. Ensuring projects/initiatives are executed in compliance and abides by TIAA internal control environment, established business guidelines, and TIAA policy. Maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support achievement of Wealth Sales Enablement objectives. Reporting progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to Wealth Sales Enablement leadership and committees (as appropriate) and making recommendations to influence decision making, to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits resolution. Drives process improvements in Wealth Sales Enablement business area. Drives and oversees meeting planning in support of business projects and objectives. Influences development of new strategic initiatives through tracking budgets and milestones. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
