Sr Data Analyst - Marketing Technology & Analytics

Who We?re Looking For Toyota?s OneTech organization is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Sr. Data Analyst within the Marketing Technology & Analytics department. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and deliver in-depth data analyses on large scale data assets to maximize the use of... our consumer data and support business marketing initiatives. This role?s exploratory data analysis, advanced reporting, data modeling and visualizations will drive critical business decisions. Reporting to the Manager, Tech Product Management, the person in this role will support the Marketing Technology & Analytics department's objective to converge multiple separate marketing technologies and customer data science initiatives into product focused programs that position OneTech to meet current business demand and prepare us for success in the future. What You'll Be Doing Develop and communicate sophisticated analyses and results to a wide array of business partners with varying technical expertise from operational teams to executive audiences, both in oral presentations and via written reports Data discovery, profiling and connecting new and existing data sources to identify opportunities to meet business and technology objectives. Translate complex business questions into SQL including accurate segmentation, calculations, filtering criteria and/or aggregations. Support feature evaluation and POC testing for new marketing and cloud-based technologies that address business needs, introduce new capabilities and/or reduce costs. What You Bring Strong data analysis expertise with the proven ability to independently answer complex questions involving combining large data sets using a variety of SQL tools and database technologies (examples: Databricks, RedShift, Athena, BigQuery). Strong data visualization experience with the ability to convey messages simply and advise on best possible visual representation. Hands-on expertise with multiple analysis and visualization technologies (examples: Python, Power BI, Tableau) Hands-on experience using high level programing language like Python. Good understanding of AWS services and databases. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts, influence/persuade partners and make recommendations to management. A passion for data and using analytics tools and skills to both answer challenging questions and discover new opportunities. Added Bonus If You Have Bachelor?s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, related discipline or equivalent work experience Experience using Jira & Confluence Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or other web analytics data.
