Sr CC Vendor Relationship Manager

Essential Functions:

Participate in vendor selection processes which includes business requirement scoping, request for proposals, and onboarding awarded vendors.

Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations, provide feedback, and mitigate any operational and performance risk identified.

Act as the primary point of contact for the vendor and ensure they have the information needed from Lowe's to be successful.

Review vendor invoices and ensure charges are in alignment with established agreements, and work through any adjustments as needed.

Clearly articulate vendor performance and any remediation plans to internal stakeholders.

Provide leadership to an internal team of analysts by attracting and hiring talented individuals, setting goals, communicating clear expectations, providing timely and constructive feedback.

Provide insights and recommendations to internal cross-functional team members to drive continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

Business Administration, Finance, or International Studies, or related field or 5+ years of additional equivalent work experience

6 years Contact center operations, operations support and/or workforce management experience

3 years experience with analytics, reporting, analyzing data and interpreting into actionable targets

Leadership experience with direct or indirect report responsibility

Experience working closely with leadership (director-level and above)

Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

Pay Range: $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually
