Key Responsibilities
? Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with varying needs.
? Lead interactive online classes and personalized one-on-one sessions to enhance student learning.
? Customize curriculum resources to align with each student?s unique learning requirements.
? Administer and analyze educational assessments within a digital environment.
? Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and support staff to support student achievement.
? Maintain comprehensive records of student progress and intervention strategies.
? Participate actively in virtual IEP meetings and parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress and goals.

Qualifications
? Master?s degree in Special Education.
? Current state teaching license with a special education endorsement.
? A minimum of 3 years of experience in special education, ideally within an online setting.
? Proficiency in using assistive technology and digital learning tools to enhance student learning.
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with students, families, and colleagues.
? Ability to inspire and motivate students in a virtual environment.
? Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
