**Job Description:**

As a Southwest Airlines Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for the comfort, safety, and experience of passengers aboard our flights. This role involves significant interaction with the public, providing friendly and professional service, and responding appropriately to a variety of in-flight situations.

**Responsibilities:**

– Greet and assist passengers, ensuring a welcoming environment onboard.

– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and present safety information to passengers.

– Serve drinks, snacks, and meals, and sell onboard merchandise.

– Manage in-flight emergencies and provide first aid as needed.

– Ensure compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations as well as Southwest?s policies and procedures.

– Attend and successfully complete a rigorous training program.

– Exhibit excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills to create a safe and pleasant travel experience.

**Requirements:**

– Minimum age of 21 years.

– High school diploma or GED equivalent.

– Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

– Possess a valid U.S. passport or be able to obtain one.

– Fluent in English (bilingual skills are a plus).

– Ability to reach overhead bins and stand for extended periods.

– Comfortable working in confined spaces and at various heights.

– Willingness to relocate as needed and travel extensively.

– No prior experience as a Flight Attendant is required.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– High school diploma or GED required.
