**Job Description:**

As a Southwest Airlines Flight Attendant, you will be the face of our airline, providing exceptional customer service to enhance the travel experience of our passengers. **Responsibilities:**

– Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations and airline policies.

**Requirements:**

– Must be at least 18 years of age.

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Possess a friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

– Able to read, write, and fluently speak English (additional languages a plus).

– Capable of lifting bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds.

– Comfortable working at various altitudes and in varying climates.

– Must be able to attend and complete a rigorous training program.

– Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– High school diploma or GED required.

– Higher education or coursework in hospitality, communication, or tourism can be an advantage.

**Experience:**
