Software Project Coordinator (Part Time)

Exciting Part-Time (20 hours) PM Opportunity!!!

Job Description...

The Software Project Coordinator is responsible for gathering equipment, resources, and information necessary to upcoming projects within the Embedded Controls team.

Duties Include
? Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
? program and process planning efforts
? coordinating with cross functional teams and internal stakeholders
? managing of project budgets
? attending and participating in software reviews
? conducting project progress reviews
? utilizing various reporting tools such as Excel
? Time Management ? managing AOP planning sheets ? Actual hours as assigned to individual projects ? variances within ? works w/ SoW owners
? Tracking PO?s ?
? Resource Planning
? Tracking the budget associated w/ a particular project / resource
? Program Reviews
? Scheduling these meetings
? Tracking PO?s to $$ spent for each program
? Cost and Effectiveness of the programs
? Time-Keeping
? Using a sw called ?Planesfare? ? they will learn this? but helpful to have a PC understand this aspect ? time charging ? converting $$ to projects ? producing a monthly report for leadership
? Finance Mgt
? All of the behind the scenes ?operations? work that support each and every program, scheduling, ?. Completion to budget

That?s at least 50% (all of the above) of this total role
