Social Media Manager 10 Hours per Week (IC-TC)

Key Responsibilities
? Outreach to podcasts
? Create a list of podcasts and reach out to them on behalf of client
? Hand off warm leads to client
? Send bio and headshot
? Repurpose podcasts into content / newsletter
? Research social media trends
? Create Canva templates using branding and colors
? Create and manage monthly newsletter
? Manage YouTube shorts
? Post consistently on Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube shorts
? Manage Amazon storefront
? Create a list of local bookstores based on where client would be for upcoming book signings
? Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
? Platforms:

? Asana / Trello / Structure
? Amazon

Requirements
? Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube shorts, and Meta
? Experience in social media / digital marketing (a must)
? Deadline oriented
? Intuitively organized
? Detail oriented
? Self-starter
? 10 hours per week with availability to increase around book launch
? Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific Time Zone
