Job Description


Tesla is looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media and Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a remote employee, you will be responsible for managing our online presence and interacting with our customers through various social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean energy, technology, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Requirements



  • Proven experience in social media management and customer service

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Familiarity with social media tools and analytics

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays


Responsibilities



  • Manage and monitor Tesla’s social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Create engaging and relevant content to promote Tesla’s products and brand

  • Analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices


Educational Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Equivalent work experience considered
