Job Description:

As a Service Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our customer service processes. Your primary responsibilities will involve responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer support.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and customer service software.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide feedback to management to improve customer service processes.

Educational Qualifications:
