? TEAMAUFBAU | Baue zusammen mit drei Kolleg:innen ein neu gegr?detes Development Team auf und unterst?ze das weitere Teamwachstum im Recruiting & Onboarding. Gestalte, leite und optimiere Prozesse im neuen Team und verantworte die erfolgreiche Planung und Umsetzung neuer Features und umfassender Projekte.
? INNOVATIVE FEATURES & PROJEKTE | E ntwickle ma?eschneiderte L?ungen auf Basis der QPLIX - Plattform und treibe kundengetriebene Erweiterungen des Produkts voran. Du bist von Anfang an dabei, die neuesten Innovationen mit aufzubauen, die Banken, Wealth Managers und Robo-Advisors auf den Markt bringen wollen. Kreiere zudem individuelle L?ungen f? unsere Kunden, die sie stolz vermarkten und weitreichend pr?entieren k?nen.
? MANAGEMENT | Bilde und pflege die Schnittstelle zwischen Management, Kunde, Vertrieb, Projektmanagement und dem Team und stehe als kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in zur Verf?ung.
? PERSONALENTWICKLUNG | Verantworte die Ausbildung, F?derung und Weiterentwicklung Deiner Teammitglieder und sorge mit dem ein oder anderen Team Event f? strahlende Gesichter.

Dein Profil
? Du hast Berufserfahrung (+4 Jahre) und ein spannendes Projektportfolio. Zudem verf?st Du ?er Erfahrung im Management gro?r Entwicklungsprojekte unter Beachtung nicht-funktionaler Anforderungen und in der Ausbildung junioriger Kolleg:innen.
? Du hast einen Studienabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder in angrenzenden Bereichen, bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
? Du beherrscht eine objektorientierte Programmiersprache ? vorzugsweise .NET C# (ein Umstieg auf C# ist mit z.B. Java m?lich) und hast Erfahrung in der Anwendung eines Webframeworks inkl. HTML5 und CSS.
? Du hast gleicherma?n Spa?an Projekt- und Produktarbeit. Dabei bringst du ?Entrepreneurial Spirit? mit und hast Spa?daran, unser Produkt mitzugestalten und dabei dein eigenes Team aufzubauen.
? Du hast Spa?an einer dynamischen Umgebung (wir leben Scrum) & Kommunikationsst?ke.
? Du verf?st ?er sehr gute Deutsch- (C) und Englischkenntnisse.

PLUS, KEIN MUSS:
? Erfahrung in der Teamf?rung / Personalverantwortung.
? Erfahrung mit Angular, Angular JS, Restful API oder MongoD

Do you enjoy project work, product development and leadership tasks in equal measure? If you're looking for the challenge of building a brand new team from scratch - from management processes, recruiting and onboarding team members to designing, developing and launching innovative solutions - then leading our new Client Solutions team is just the job for you. In this dynamic environment, customized solutions based on the QPLIX platform will be developed. Your team will not only focus on customer-oriented projects, but also on achieving impressive results with the support of the consulting and sales departments in close customer collaboration. ? TEAM BUILDUP | Build up a newly founded development team together with three colleagues and support the further team growth in recruiting & onboarding. Design, manage and optimize processes in the new team and be responsible for the successful planning and implementation of new features and comprehensive projects.
? INNOVATIVE FEATURES & PROJECTS | Develop customized solutions based on the QPLIX platform and drive customer-driven enhancements to the product. You will be involved from the start in building the latest innovations that banks, wealth managers and robo-advisors want to bring to market. You will also create customized solutions for our clients that they can proudly market and showcase widely.
? MANAGEMENT | Form and maintain the interface between management, client, sales, project management and the team and be available as a competent contact person.
? PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT | Be responsible for the training, promotion and further development of your team members and put a smile on their faces with the occasional team event.

Your profile
? You have professional experience (+4 years) and an exciting project portfolio. You also have experience in managing large development projects, taking into account non-functional requirements and in training junior colleagues.
? You have a degree in (business) computer science or related fields, or a comparable education.
? You are proficient in an object-oriented programming language - preferably .NET C# (a switch to C# is possible with e.g. Java) and have experience in the use of a web framework including HTML5 and CSS.
? You enjoy project and product work in equal measure. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy helping to shape our product while building your own team.
? You enjoy a dynamic environment (we live Scrum) & have strong communication skills.
? You have a very good command of German (C) and English.

PLUS, NOT A MUST:
? Experience in team leadership / personnel responsibility.
? Experience with Angular, Angular JS, Restful API or MongoD

Our Client Solutions team develops customized solutions based on the QPLIX product. Here you will focus on customer-oriented projects and use the support of the existing Delivery and Sales departments. The team is characterized by a wide variety of topics, which is made possible by close customer relationships.
