Job Description:

Purpose: As a Senior Software Engineer, EWA Services at XTM Inc,./QRails Inc., you will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach and capabilities of our EWA platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust integrations with industry-leading Human Resources Software. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring that our platform remains at the forefront of the EWA industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain integrations with 3rd party systems and partner platforms, including SAP, WorkDay, Kronos, and others.

2. Utilize C# and Microsoft .NET Framework to create scalable and reliable integration solutions.

3. Collaborate with product... managers and stakeholders to define integration requirements and prioritize features to enhance our EWA platform.

4. Work with Azure Cloud services to build, deploy, and scale integrations, using Docker containers for efficient deployment.

5. Implement and advocate for best practices in software development, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).

6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.

7. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.

8. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to EWA and HR software integrations.

Required Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

1. Extensive experience (4-7 years) in C# .Net development.

2. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, .Net framework, and design patterns.

3. Experience with high throughput systems, preferably in the financial technology sector or related fields.

4. Proficiency in building highly secure, reliable, scalable systems.

5. Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.

6. Good knowledge of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and source control systems.

7. Ability to work well in a team environment, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

1. Experience with the following systems:

a. .Net Core

b. RabbitMQ

c. Docker

d. Azure DevOps

e. Cloud Native systems

f. SQL

2. Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, or other cloud native systems will be a plus

Pay: ?1,500,000.00 - ?3,000,000.00 per year
