Your Role
As a Senior Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in our continued growth. You will be responsible for driving our hiring efforts, promoting our company values, and shaping a positive culture. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, while ensuring an exceptional experience for everyone involved. You will also help maintain and enhance our unique culture as we expand.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers.
Partnering with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies, role scoping, interview plans, and decision-making.
Process Improvement: Build and implement processes and best practices to enhance the candidate experience and maintain high recruiting standards.
Systems & Data Optimization: Work with People Operations to optimize our tech stack and use data to inform hiring decisions and improve processes.
Candidate Experience: Act as the main point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the interview process and ensuring a positive experience.
Talent Branding: Partner with leadership and hiring managers to strengthen our employer brand and attract top talent.
Who You Are
Experienced Recruiter: 5+ years managing the full recruitment process, including 3+ years in technical and research roles such as Software Engineering, Machine Learning, and DevOps.
Relationship Builder: Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with a growth mindset.
Tech-Savvy: Familiar with ATS software (Greenhouse experience is a plus) and curious about new tools and technology.
In Your First 30 Days
Understand the company structure and open roles.
Learn our recruiting tools and metrics.
Review current recruiting processes and tools.
Develop a pitch for our company to share with candidates.
Begin leading intake sessions and identifying any immediate needs.
In Your First 60 Days
Provide an overview of open roles and suggest process improvements.
Analyze recruiting data and address pipeline issues.
Deliver recruiting reports and establish regular reporting.
Improve candidate experience and document recruiting processes.
In Your First 90 Days
Assist in planning for future hiring needs and headcount.
Set metrics and KPIs for the recruiting team.
Collaborate on employer branding and develop a vision for tooling changes.
Lead training programs and support long-term recruitment strategies.
Compensation
Base Salary (US): $143,000 - $180,000, with variations based on location.
