We?re looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead and manage our data initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives. This role will work closely with Data and Data Product Managers and business stakeholders. The individual should be passionate about collaboration and solving complex problems with standardized solutions.

Location:

While we are open to remote work across the contingent US, we are still establishing our company to support work in all states! We are set up to support employees who want to be fully remote, in-office only or a mix of the two.

Please note: We will not support hiring based in California, Massachusetts, or New Jersey.

What You?ll Do:
? Program Management: Lead end-to-end program management for data initiatives, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
? Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to align program goals with business objectives.
? Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning.
? Execution & Delivery: Oversee the execution of data projects, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality.
? Communication: Regularly update stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
? Budget Management: Manage program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
? Change Management: Facilitate organizational change as data initiatives require, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

What We?re Looking For:

As we evaluate candidates across all roles, we look for folks with a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a dedication to continuous improvement.
? 5+ years of experience in program and project management roles, managing multiple large, complex, and cross-functional projects in technical environments, emphasizing product development, systems, and technical teams.
? Proven experience leading the delivery of complex data and technical implementation projects using agile project delivery methodologies using both Scrum and Kanban approaches.
? Strong communication skills and ability to align project management best practices and reporting with strategic goals
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to mobilize and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict, and deliver tough messages thoughtfully and considerately

? PMP and CSM Certification
