We are looking for an outstanding Product Manager who has demonstrated experience developing and managing large-scale customer delivery channel capabilities, which will focus on delivering scalable multi-platform training solutions that are easily accessible to our external customers and provide unified end user experiences for all training products across platforms. The candidate must be able to influence across multiple internal company organizations, work with external airline customers and be a powerful communicator, analytical thinker, design thinker as well as have a history of delivering results. Strong skillset in collaboration and matrix... management is necessary, as this role will be interacting with executive and senior leaders, Subject Matter Experts, customers, product team members, and other stakeholders. Position Responsibilities: Play a leadership role in defining and implementing the strategy for our customer delivery channel Relentlessly push to understand persona needs and ensure the customer is considered in prioritization and trade-off discussions Collaborate with teammates across multiple organizations to bring capabilities to life that will enable delivery of new training products to market Drive make/buy/partner analysis and decisions to create a holistic solution that creates the most value for our customers and The Boeing Company Set product vision and lead road mapping, goal setting, epic and story writing, project execution, A/B testing, and product roll-out strategy Establish and measure success using key performance indicators (KPIs) Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making Leads a development team through a rigorous process of test and learn with a focus on identifying and developing a minimum viable product (MVP) and continue to evolve the product Establish or participate in Design Thinking, Agile, and LEAN rituals which establish a rhythm for the team, promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of roadmaps Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 10+ years of experience working in a product management capacity Bachelor's degree Experience working in a software development environment Experience with Agile, and/or LEAN methodologies Experience leading teams Demonstrated ability and track record of influencing across organizational boundaries Experience working with product lifecycle governance processes Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience with Program Management Best Practices Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Typical Education/ Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.). Relocation: This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
