Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Retail Acquisition Marketing team is a part of Humana?s Marketing & Communications organization, supporting direct response marketing initiatives for our Medicare products. We are seeking a talented Senior Marketing Campaign Management Professional who is experienced with Direct Response TV (DRTV) to join the team. This is a nationwide remote role that will primarily operate on Eastern Standard business hours. As the Senior Marketing Campaign Management Professional, you will help support the strategy, execution, and maintenance of DRTV campaigns to drive new member growth. You will support the team in developing DRTV creative strategy and project manage compliance processes in a regulated industry. This team is highly visible, and the ideal candidate will demonstrate and aptitude for collaboration and proactive communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced... environment are mandatory. Key Role Functions Support DRTV creative development by reviewing concepts and scripts, providing feedback to agency partners, and documenting reviews w/legal & compliance Update and manage DRTV assets, ensuring creative assets are developed in a timely fashion for key selling windows Ensure proper execution of backend operations including creative review schedules, budget management, and QA processes Manage quality assurance of all projects, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance ensuring all materials meet quality, accuracy, brand, and compliance standards in accordance with state and federal regulations Lead by example by emulating behaviors consistent with the new ways of working and Humana values Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor?s degree 2+ years of DRTV creative development Experience in a marketing role Current or recent experience within a large, highly matrixed company Excellent oral and written communications skills Detailed oriented, with experience managing complex production projects Preferred Qualifications Experience with TV production Experience in regulated industries like financial services or insurance is a big plus Additional Information To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees? ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $69,800 - $96,200 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
