Senior Manager, Global Capex Systems Engineering

Description: ? Lead investment project portfolio management within Global CPS Engineering ? Own capex forecasting for CPS in partnership with Finance ? Ensure accurate annual, quarterly and monthly capex forecasts ? Develop and improve capex management work processes ? Partner with plant engineering leaders to integrate multi-year capex forecasting ? Develop Project and Capex Management capability across all sites ? Collaborate with sites to drive reapplication of best-in-class approaches ? Create capex cost database of facilities and equipment for CPS ? Work closely with procurement for driving capex effectiveness ? Guide project managers through funding and monitor/audit design and delivery activities Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in engineering is required ? 5-10 years of experience in FMCG environment leading projects at a manufacturing location ? Mastery in project management with experience in large and small projects ? Experience in capital budgeting and forecasting ? Strong knowledge of SAP for capex management ? PMP certification is preferred ? Strong influencing and communication skills ? Demonstrated ability to lead teams and get results in a matrixed organization Benefits: ?
