Senior Financial Analyst ? Financial Reporting

Who we?re looking for Toyota Battery Manufacturing North Carolina (TBMNC) is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Senior Financial Analyst ? Financial Reporting. The primary responsibility of this role is to support manufacturing by owning future cost projections and targets primarily for I/H costs. Reporting to the TBMNC A&F Senior Manager, the person in this role will support the TBMNC Accounting department's objective to help TBMNC be a cost-competitive manufacturer of electric batteries. What you?ll be doing Provide... future model projections for HEV and BEV products. Work with many cross-functional teams to understand cost conditions related to manpower, overhead, direct raw materials, and other costs associated with battery production. Reporting to TMNA A&F on TBMNC financial statements, providing high-level insight to executives on the financial well-being of the facility. Work with systems personnel to create allocation cycles and report profit by model for TBMNC. What you bring Bachelor?s degree in accounting or finance. Manufacturing Cost Accounting experience, including Cost and usage variance analysis and standard cost development. Experience supporting cost-per-unit projections. Experience with budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing operating expenses. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Added bonus if you have CPA or CMA. Experience with SAP Financials. Experience with BPC Planning for SAP. Experience working for an Automotive Manufacturing company. Experience in Toyota Accounting & Finance. Working experience with Microsoft Power BI (including data importation, slicer manipulation, report creation, and troubleshooting).
