Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer, Human Resources Workday developer, with a deep understanding of the business processes and Workday reporting, including Prism and Workday Integrations. In this role, you will: Lead complex initiatives with broad impact and act as key participant in Workday data product initiative. Design, develop, and deliver advanced Workday reporting products (Advance, Composite, Matrix, etc.). Design, develop, and implement dashboards and reports using tools such as Workday Reports, Dashboards, Prism, and... Worksheets to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Participate in team that provides reporting / data solutions using Workday reports, and dashboards by understanding multi-functional needs and usage across functions, including Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Time and Absence. Review and analyze complex HR Workday data needs for business, operational or technical improvements that require in depth evaluation of multiple factors requiring expert HR domain business knowledge. Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted data engineering situations requiring understanding of HR data and compliance requirements that influence and Domain Reporting to meet deliverables and drive organizational change Strategically collaborate and consult with internal partners to resolve highly risky data engineering challenges Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Database Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 5+ years expert knowledge of HR Business domains 3+ years expert knowledge of Workday reporting, including advanced reporting and complex calculations 1+ years Prism experience Extensive cross-functional Workday reporting experience (HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits, etc.) Knowledge of Prism Analytics development, able to develop Workday Prism Pipelines and using data in and out of Workday Prism Analytics Ability to validate data results to ensure accuracy in reports. Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Understanding of data governance principles and best practices. Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution. Experience in an Agile delivery environment. Proven strengths in team collaboration, relationship building, and effective communication. Critical thinking skills to apply creative design solutions to solve for highly complex business problems.
