### Role Overview

As part of the development team, you will be instrumental in using technology to assist clients in elevating health outcomes. Collaborate with a dynamic group dedicated to finding innovative solutions to pressing healthcare challenges.

### Key Responsibilities
? Design, code, test, debug, implement, and document software programs.
? Modify products and systems based on client and end-user needs.
? Analyze system data and prepare documentation for program modifications.
? Research existing systems and program specifications.
? Lead the design, development, testing, and installation of complex software applications.
? Facilitate collaboration between architects and developers to ensure alignment with design requirements.
? Document design, coding, and test processes to meet client expectations.
? Apply best practices in development, application design, web services, and database methodologies.
? Act as a technical consultant for senior management on complex projects.

### Qualifications
? **Experience**: 6+ years in application design and development using C, UNIX/LINUX, and SQL.
? **Preferred Knowledge**: Familiarity with PL/1, Java, C++, C#, VB.Net, and IWS is a plus.
? **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with Linux software development frameworks (e.g., GNU toolchain, VI, VIM) and experience with Oracle database (PL-SQL).
? **Industry Familiarity**: Exposure to Healthcare IT systems such as Medicaid and Medicare is beneficial.

### Work Environment
? **Remote Work**: This position allows for full remote work capability within the United States.
? **Flexibility**: Some flexibility in scheduling may be necessary to meet business demands, including participation in an on-call rotation for monitoring batch cycles.
? **Interview Process**: All interviews will be conducted via video, as well as the first week of orientation.
