Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:
? 3-5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle accounting
? Comfort in managing deadlines and budgets
? Strong grasp of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Key Qualifications
? Advanced Excel Skills: Comfortable working with large datasets at an intermediate to advanced level.
? GAAP Knowledge: A solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is essential.
? Education: A Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
? Professional Certification: A CPA license or being in the process of obtaining one is preferred, but not required.

Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:
? Preparing monthly financial statements.
? Managing bookkeeping, cash flow, and accounts receivable/payable.
? Monitoring and improving clients? internal controls.
? Managing or assisting with the implementation of accounting systems and processes.
