Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team in PA. As an integral member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals of all ages with communication and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities: ? Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. ? Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals. ? Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to improve communication and swallowing abilities. ? Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and educators to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes. ? Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards. ? Participate in continuing education, professional development activities, and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Qualifications: ? Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. ? Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in PA. ? Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). ? Experience working with diverse populations and across various settings (e.g., pediatric, adult, school-based, outpatient). ? Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. ?
