What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Answer inbound calls and make occasional outbound calls as needed
• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, doctor offices, and pharmacies
• Provide excellent customer service and empathy to all patients
• Use computer skills for data entry and managing patient accounts
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of one year of recent call center experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Must have active internet service and a quiet workspace at home
• Ability to multi-task while using dual monitors
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude with a willingness to assist others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Medical call center experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours within the assigned schedule
