Key Responsibilities

? Assist with order placements, questions about shipping, sizing, order status, and product availability.
? Help with returns and exchanges, resolve issues, and place outbound calls to support customers.
? Contribute to increased sales by delivering friendly and effective communication.
? Monitor orders to ensure accuracy and prevent duplicates or fraud.
? Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements
? Typing speed of 25+ words per minute.
? Ability to handle incoming phone calls with professionalism.
? Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week (Sunday to Saturday).
? Comfortable using computers and navigating web-based environments with multiple browser windows.
? Strong communication skills and basic problem-solving abilities.
? Dedicated, distraction-free home office.
? Reliable home computer (not a tablet or cell phone) with internet speeds of 5mbs or higher.
? Positive, outgoing personality with a preference for independent work.
? A Windows laptop or desktop computer (no Chromebooks, iMacs, or Macbooks).
