Position Details:
? Job Type: Part-time, Contractor
? Location: Remote (Work from home)
? Subjects: ELA, Math
? Compensation: $25-$35 per 45-minute class (4 to 6 students)
? Work time: Any hour (s) between Mon & Wed 5 pm to 8 pm PST; or, Tue & Thur 5 pm to 8 pm PST; Or Mon & Friday 5 pm to 8 pm PST; or Mon & Thur 5 pm to 8 pm PST. Any hour(s) on Saturday, or Sunday.

Responsibilities: ? Deliver engaging and effective online lessons to students ? Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their academic growth ? Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students ? Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the learning experience

Requirements: ? State certification in relevant subjects: ? ELA: Certifications such as K-4, 5-8, or specific secondary level certifications ? Foreign Language Studies: Appropriate certification or licensure for teaching Spanish, or French ? Math: Certifications such as G6- G12. ? Proven teaching experience and a passion for education ? Proficiency with computers and online teaching tools ? Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues ? Strong communication and organizational skills ? Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule ? Reliable internet connection and proficiency with online teaching tools
