Role and Responsibilities: ? Drive Sales: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach. ? Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. ? Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies. ? Collaboration: Work closely with the owner and other team members to help ensure the company and your success. ? Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our CRM and provide regular sales updates

Qualifications: ? Experience: 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services--Or 8+ years of experience in one industry ? Education: 2 years of college or college equivalent ? Digital Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools. ? Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. ? Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills. ? Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. ? Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Preferred:
? Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance, health, property & casualty, life or investments
? Networking: Established network within the industry.
