As a Sales Associate in the Windows & Walls department at Lowe's, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their window treatment and wall covering needs. Responsibilities: ? Greet customers and inquire about their specific needs in the Windows & Walls department. ? Measure windows and walls accurately to ensure proper fit and installation of products. ? Process sales transactions and assist with order fulfillment. ? Maintain a clean and organized work area, including keeping product displays neat and well-stocked. ? Stay up-to-date on current trends and new products in the window treatment and wall covering industry.

Additional Duties:
? Collaborate with other departments, such as Appliances and Flooring, to provide customers with a comprehensive home improvement experience.
? Assist with inventory management, including restocking products and conducting inventory counts as needed.
? Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay informed about product updates and sales techniques.

Qualifications: ? Previous retail experience is preferred, especially in a home improvement or decor-related field. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Knowledge of window treatment and wall covering products is a plus. ? Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
