Frito Lay is hiring for Route Sales Representative

As a Route Sales Representative at Frito-Lay, you will play a key role in growing sales and delivering exceptional service to customers. This position offers a combination of driving, merchandising, and sales responsibilities, ensuring Frito-Lay products are properly stocked and displayed to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities: ? Product Delivery: Deliver Frito-Lay products to assigned locations on a scheduled route. ? Merchandising: Organize and stock product displays, ensuring shelves and racks are visually appealing and meet company standards. ? Sales Growth: Build relationships with store managers and decision-makers to increase sales opportunities and expand product placement. ? Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and report any discrepancies. ? Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues. ? Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications: ? Experience: No prior experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided. ? Driver?s License: A valid driver?s license and a clean driving record are required. ? Physical Requirements: ? Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs. ? Comfort with repetitive movements, including bending, lifting, and reaching. ? Willingness to work in various weather conditions. ? Availability: Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
