Collects comprehensive and precise information that is relevant to the healthcare recipient's overall health or current state. ? Studying the evaluation information is important to establish the diagnosis or issues to be addressed. ? The utilization of a patients inputs in forming an individualized healthcare plan can increase patient satisfaction and rapport with healthcare providers. ? Formulates a detailed strategy that outlines the steps and methods necessary to achieve desired results. ? Executes the identified plan to ensure patients are progressing according to their personalized plan. ? Coordinating care involves collaboration among healthcare providers and other stakeholders. ? Consultation is a core function of the advanced practice registered nurse and the nursing role specialist as they work to influence the identified plan, improve the skills of others, and effect positive change. ? Additional Requirements Required: Education - Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing Certifications - Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - American Heart Association (AHA); Registered Nurse (RN) - South Dakota Board of Nursing or Wyoming Board of Nursing for Wyoming facilities Preferred: Experience - 5+ years of Registered Nurse Experience Education - Bachelors degree in Nursing Physical Requirements: The physical requirements for this job are extremely demanding. Employees must be able to sustain the exertion of over 25 pounds of force constantly (67-100% of the time), as well as exert more than 50 pounds frequently (34-66% of the time), and move objects that weigh over 100 pounds occasionally (up to 33% of the time). This job also entails exposure to radiation and the handling of contaminated needles and other potentially hazardous organic materials regularly. The ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights or irregular hours, is also necessary.
